I returned from my 14th trip to the Seychelles the day before yesterday and photographed another great wedding on La Digue! Once again, the weather was absolutely perfect, always blue skies with a few white clouds, hardly any wind, no noticeable current in the sea – wonderful! I already know why February and March are my favorite months to travel to the Seychelles… 🙂
Following my stay on La Digue, I then took two and a half days of “real vacation” at the Lemuria Resort on the neighboring island of Praslin. I spent two nights there six years ago and have raved about this hotel over and over again.
The three “house beaches” Anse Kerlan, Petite Anse Kerlan and especially the ultimately beautiful Anse Georgette make this hotel a real gem. And the food at Lemuria is simply HAMMER! If I “had” to spend four weeks there in a row, I would definitely burst! 😉
The pictures of this great February wedding on La Digue have not yet been completely viewed, so today there is another photo of Andrea & Gaston, whose wedding on La Digue I photographed back in October 2014.
This photo shows the two of them on one of the rocks at Anse Source d’Argent, supposedly the most photographed beach in the world! I wonder if the beach had that title before I started photographing weddings there! 😉
