Sebrina (yes, with an “e” is actually correct!) and Stefan were the very first couple to book me as their photographer for their wedding in the Seychelles. It was almost four years ago that I was able to photograph their wedding on Praslin, the second largest island in the Seychelles.
I would approach almost every motif that I shot back then differently today – but that doesn’t mean that I wasn’t satisfied with the pictures. At the time, however, I was still “experimenting” a lot with photography – for example with the colors and the orientation of this photo.
In the meantime, I’ve found my very own photographic style – and I’m really looking forward to applying it on the main island of Mahé the day after tomorrow! In a few hours I’ll be heading to the airport and leaving Germany, which is slowly but surely getting cooler, to photograph another wedding in the Seychelles. The bridal couple from the southern Black Forest traveled to the Seychelles with almost 20 guests to celebrate the “best days of their lives” in style!
