Google Analytics Remarketing

This website uses the functions of Google Analytics Remarketing in conjunction with the cross-device functions of Google Ads and Google DoubleClick, provided by Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

This feature allows you to link the targeted advertising groups created with Google Analytics Remarketing to the cross-device capabilities of Google Ads and Google DoubleClick, so that interest-based, personalized advertising messages that have been customized for you based on your past usage and browsing behavior on one device (such as a mobile phone) can be displayed on another device (such as a tablet or PC).

With your permission, Google will link your web and app browsing history to your Google Account so that the same personalized advertising messages can be delivered on any device you sign in to with your Google Account.

To support this feature, Google Analytics collects Google-authenticated user IDs that are temporarily linked to our Google Analytics data to define and create target audiences for cross-device advertising.

You can permanently object to cross-device remarketing/targeting by deactivating personalized advertising; follow this link: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/.

The aggregation of the data collected in your Google Account is based solely on your consent, which you can give or revoke to Google (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). In the case of data collection processes that are not aggregated in your Google Account (e.g. because you do not have a Google Account or have objected to the aggregation), the collection of data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The legitimate interest arises from the fact that the website operator has an interest in the anonymised analysis of website visitors for advertising purposes.

Further information and the privacy policy can be found in the Google privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads?hl=de.

Facebook pixel

This website uses the visitor action pixel of Facebook, Facebook Inc, 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook") for conversion measurement.

This allows tracking the behavior of site visitors after they have clicked on a Facebook ad and been redirected to the provider's website, allowing the effectiveness of Facebook ads to be evaluated for statistical and market research purposes and to optimize future advertising efforts.

The collected data is anonymous for us as the operator of this website, we cannot draw any conclusions about the identity of the users, but the data is stored and processed by Facebook, so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible and Facebook can use the data for its own advertising purposes, according to the Facebook Data Use Policy This allows Facebook to enable the placement of advertisements on pages of Facebook as well as outside of Facebook. 7. plugins and tools

YouTube with enhanced data protection

This website incorporates YouTube videos and is operated by Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

We use YouTube in Enhanced Privacy Mode, which, according to YouTube, means that YouTube does not store any information about visitors to the site before they watch the video. However, Enhanced Privacy Mode does not necessarily preclude the sharing of information with YouTube partners, so YouTube connects to the Google DoubleClick network regardless of whether you are watching a video.

When you start a YouTube video on this site, a connection to the YouTube servers is established, telling the YouTube server which of our pages you have visited. If you are logged in to your YouTube account, you allow YouTube to associate your browsing behavior directly with your personal profile, which you can prevent by logging out of your YouTube account.

In addition, YouTube may store various cookies on your device once a video is started. YouTube may use these cookies to obtain information about visitors to the site. This information is used, among other things, to gather video statistics, improve the user experience, and prevent fraud. The cookies remain on your device until you delete them.

After the start of a YouTube video, further data processing may be triggered, over which we have no control.

The use of YouTube is in the interest of an attractive presentation of our online offers. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. If a corresponding consent has been requested (e.g. consent to the storage of cookies), the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO; the consent can be revoked at any time.

For more information about YouTube's privacy policy, please see their privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de.

Google Web Fonts

This page uses so-called web fonts provided by Google to display fonts in a uniform way. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into its browser cache to display text and fonts correctly.

For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to Google's servers, which tells Google that your IP address has been used to access this website. Google Web Fonts are used in the interest of a uniform and attractive presentation of our online offers, which constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

If your browser does not support web fonts, a default font is used by your computer.

More information about Google Web Fonts can be found at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in the Google privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de.

Google Maps (with consent)

This website uses the Google Maps map service via an API provided by Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

In order to guarantee data protection on this website, Google Maps is deactivated when you enter this website for the first time. A direct connection to Google's servers is only established when you activate Google Maps yourself (consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). This prevents your data from being transferred to Google the very first time you enter the site.

After activation, Google Maps will save your IP address, which is then usually transferred to a Google server in the U.S. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer after activation of Google Maps.

You can find more information on the handling of user data in the Google privacy policy: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/.

reCAPTCHA is intended to check whether the data input on this website (e.g. in a contact form) is done by a human being or by an automated program. for this purpose, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitor based on various characteristics. this analysis begins automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. for analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, time spent on the website by the website visitor or mouse movements made by the user). the data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google.

The reCAPTCHA analyses run completely in the background and website visitors are not notified that an analysis is taking place.

Data processing is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting his web offers from abusive automated spying and from SPAM.
