Passengers flying with Ethiopian Airlines to the Seychelles no longer need to present proof of yellow fever vaccination on arrival at Mahé Airport. As announced by the Public Health Department of the Seychelles, the new regulation applies to all travelers whose transit time at Bole International Airport in Addis Ababa is less than twelve hours. For flights from Frankfurt, however, the time window between arrival in Addis Ababa and departure of the connecting flight to Mahé is only four hours.
At the same time, the number of connections from Frankfurt to the Seychelles is increasing. As Ethiopian Airlines has been flying daily from Frankfurt to Addis Ababa since June, the airline’s passengers now have direct connections to all of the four weekly flights to Mahé. Flights from Frankfurt via Addis Ababa to Mahé depart on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
