“Unique by a thousand miles” – this slogan sums it up perfectly: the fact that the 115 islands of the Seychelles are located over a thousand miles from the nearest mainland in the middle of the Indian Ocean has allowed a unique natural environment and biodiversity to develop. The beaches of the Seychelles are considered the most beautiful in the world!
In addition to the absolutely gorgeous beaches, it is above all the year-round midsummer climate, the mentality of the locals, the fantastic Creole cuisine and the uncomplicated journey that make the Seychelles the most beautiful travel destination in the world for me.
On your first trip to the Seychelles, you can go “island hopping” and discover several of the islands. The three main islands of Mahé, La Digue and Praslin are particularly worth exploring.
Accommodation is available in all price ranges: From a room in a privately run, very well-kept guest house for an incredible 45 euros per night and person (for two people) to an absolute luxury villa on a private island, where an overnight stay costs well over 5,000 euros. But please don’t be misled by the often-heard statement that the Seychelles are mercilessly expensive!

However, most couples gather detailed information in advance and decide to have their wedding on the dream island of La Digue, as almost every bridal couple understandably wants to get married in this unique setting and see the famous rock formations of La Digue with their own eyes.
