It was January 2018 and I was in Thailand with my three nearest and dearest when I received the following email from Patrick:
“Dear Mr. Dickmann, yesterday my partner and I saw the show “Wunderschön” on TV and were thrilled by the idea of having professional photos taken by you in the Seychelles! Here are a few frame data: one day/ two days – end of July – couple shooting (male couple) on La Digue. Could you please send us a non-binding offer?”
First of all, a request to all of you who are planning to send me a message in the foreseeable future: please “Duzt” me. I may be old, but I’m not that old… 😉
In any case, I sent Patrick a first, detailed voice message just a few minutes later. We quickly agreed on the location and date – and exactly six months later, the three of us had a great, entertaining day together, taking fantastic photos from morning until sunset.
This current “photo of the week” was taken in the late afternoon at Anse Source d’Argent, the – yes I know, I’m repeating myself – most photogenic beach in the world!
