Madlen and René got married on 19.11.2019 in the Seychelles and booked me for just a single day of photography, as unfortunately I couldn’t fit in any other time. Everything is already fully booked! But you can also take beautiful photos in just one day. Of course, not as many and varied wedding photos as in two or even three days of photography – but if you know your way around the Seychelles as a wedding photographer and know when and where to expect the best conditions, a single day of photography is more than just a “good basis”.
Madlen and René had fallen in love with one particular motif that they knew from my website. I can absolutely and wholeheartedly relate to this, because this tiny beach is so incredibly photogenic that I am always amazed when I get there. This magical place is one of my absolute favorite photo spots in the Seychelles!
However, as this photogenic beach is quite remote, the couples first have to hike a little “over hill and dale” with me. The first five minutes are quite steeply uphill. I probably don’t need to explicitly mention that this is a little sweaty in the typical Seychelles climate. Sturdy shoes with a non-slip sole are highly recommended! Incidentally, this applies to almost all the photo spots that I visit with “my” wedding couples in the Seychelles. Both the one with the shoes and the one with the sweat…
Once you reach your destination, however, you are more than rewarded for the previous exertions. What a dream beach! It could hardly be more photogenic. As a wedding photographer in the Seychelles, I have of course already discovered many great spots, but this one is something very special:
It’s not just the immaculately beautiful rocks that literally frame the beach. It is not only the lush green palm trees that grow almost to the sea and the crystal clear, turquoise blue water that make this bay so special. No, what makes it even more difficult and distinguishes this beach from many others in the Seychelles is the fact that on all my previous visits, this beach was completely deserted even in the late morning or early afternoon! This naturally provides the ideal backdrop for great wedding pictures.
As “my” wedding couples naturally want the mini bay to remain deserted on future visits, I keep the exact location of this beach to myself. Book me as your wedding photographer in the Seychelles and I will gladly take you to this magical beach!
